To exchange your battery for a 100% charged one at the Silence stations, simply download the "battery station" app and follow the steps below:
- Remove the battery from your vehicle and insert it with the folded handle into the empty module in the row indicated in the app.
- Green LED: battery correctly identified / Red LED: battery not identified, start again.
- Look for the module with the green LED in the same row, remove the charged battery and insert it into your vehicle.
- You have 15 minutes free parking to give you plenty of time to exchange batteries. To exit, insert your ticket in the exit validator at the car park. No validation required.
