Payment via the SMOU app

The “Parking via app” service on the SMOU app allows users of the BSM Car Park Network to pay for their parking by the minute using their mobile phone.

With “Parking via app”, you can enter and exit BSM Car Parks without taking a paper ticket, as the barrier will open automatically thanks to the car park’s number plate recognition system (Express Entry). When you leave the car park, your stay will be automatically charged through SMOU, so there’s no need to go to the payment machine.

A service that is agile and comfortable because you will not need to take a ticket at the entrance or go through the ticket machine before the exit.

First of all, download the SMOU app if you don’t have it yet, and activate the “Parking via app” .

To activate the 'Parking via app' service, follow the steps below:

Open the app and enter the access data to log in.

Select the 'Services' option from the side menu and click on the 'Activate' button of the 'Parking via app' service.

Add the data of the vehicle and of the credit card.

Once activated the service, you can use the mobile payment in the car parks of the BSM Network.

At the entrance of the car park, the system will recognize the license plate you have registered in the Parking via app service and will let you enter. When you leave, the system will recognize the exit of the license plate and will charge you for the exact minutes you have parked. Enter, park and exit.

If you do not activate the license plate reading, scan the paper ticket to pay with your mobile. From paper to your mobile without visit to the payment machine!
