PRIVATE AREA

Access your Private Area online to manage your contracts, download your invoices and other services.

How to create a new account?

  1. Click on the 'PRIVATE AREA' button located at the top right of the website www.aparcamentsbsm.cat
  2. Select the option 'CREATE ACCOUNT'
  3. Fill in requested data, click on 'CREATE ACCOUNT' and follow the instructions
  4. Confirm the activation of your new user by clicking on the link that we will send to your email.
  5. Once the activation is confirmed, close the browser window.

How to access your Private Area?

Once your new account is registered:

  1. Open a new window in your browser and go to the website www.aparcamentsbsm.cat
  2. Click on the 'PRIVATE AREA' button located at the top right of the website.
  3. Select the option 'ENTER' and fill in the identification data (email and password)
  4. Sign in

What can you do in your Private Area?

From your Private Area, you can directly manage different services related to the DNI/NIF/NIE number of the contract holder:

  • User data: contact data and email. You can edit them whenever you want.
  • Payment details: contract or contracts associated with your DNI/NIF/NIE and your payment method. You can manage your payment method associated with your contract whenever you want.
  • My Subscriptions: the vehicles associated with your contract. You can manage the entry by license plate identification and add or cancel a vehicle associated with your contract.
  • Invoices: history of your invoices and consultation of your next monthly payment. You can check and download them.
  • Requests:
    • Temporary leave: available only for a full calendar month and once per calendar year and subscription. It must be requested before the 21th of each month to be activated on the 1st of the following month. The cost of maintaining a temporary leave is a maximum of the 25% of the monthly subscription amount.
    • Permanent cancellation
    • Contract modification
    • New contract
    • Duplicate of your subscription card
  • GDPR: information regarding the use of your personal data and the authorization of the level of use that you want us to make. You can edit it whenever you want.
 SEASON-TICKETS
  1. What types of vehicles are accepted for season tickets?
    The BSM Parking Network offers season tickets for cars, motorbikes, bicycles and electric vehicles, except in the case of the following car parks which only accept the following types of vehicles:

    BSM Bus Garcia Fària: special vehicles, cars, motorcycles, vans and electric vehicles
    BSM Gràcia Motos: motorcycles, bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric bicycles
    BSM Basic Park Vall d’Hebron: cars

  2. Does buying a parking season-ticket in the BSM Parking Network give me the right to have a fixed space for my vehicle?
    No, it doesn’t. When you buy a parking season-ticket, you are guaranteed a parking space in the time slot you have contracted, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be the same.

  3. I want to be a season-ticket holder with a fixed place. What do I have to do?
    Contact us and we will inform you about availability and rate of season-ticket with fixed parking place. Please click here.

  4. My needs for parking are not 24-hours. What are my options?
    We know that every day is different and so are your parking needs. That is the reason that we have FlexiPark, flexible parking rates, so you can find the one that suits you. Consult FlexiPark modalities availables, rates and buy the one that suits to your pace of life by clicking here.

  5. I am a current subscriber and I need the invoice for this month. How do I request it?
    Active current subscribers of the BSM Parking Network can access their online Private Area to manage their contracts, consult and download their invoices, consult and modify their GDPR consent and activate and deactivate access by license place identification, among others services. To access, just have to create a previous user account from the 'Private Area' button on the top menu.

  6. I'm going on vacation and I won't use my subscription. Could I request a temporary leave?
    Yes, you can request a temporary leave of your subscription, except in the case of reserved place modalities or modalities with limited capacity (bicycles or motorcycles). Its duration will always be one calendar month and you can only request it once per contract year. During the month of your temporary leave, we will keep your subscription active but you will only pay 25% of the price of your season ticket. Remember that you must request your temporary leave at least 7 days before your next billing cycle according to your subscription terms. Your temporary leave will become effective on the 1st day of the month following the date of your request. You can request temporary leave from your 'Private Area'.

  7. I am a current subscriber and I want to cancel it. How I requested?
    If you want to cancel your subscription, you must request it at least 15 days before your next billing cycle according to your subscription terms. Your cancellation will become effective on the 1st day of the month following the date of your request. You can request the cancellation of your subscription from your 'Private Area'.

ELECTROMOBILITY
  1. I have an electric car/motorbike, is there any season-ticket for electric vehicles?
    The BSM Parking Network offers electric charging service for electric vehicles throughout Endolla Barcelona, the Barcelona's charging points network. Its use will depend on the availability of each point. 

  2. How much does the recharge cost?
    Since 2021, January 18 the rate €/kWh of the energy consumed in the recharges on Endolla Barcelona is a payment service and its rate corresponds to the type of vehicle, location of the recharging point and type and time of recharging of the Endolla Barcelona subscription modality contracted.

  3. I'm a season-ticket holder with electric vehicle. Can I be as long as I want to charge in an electric recharging point?
    No, you can’t. The use of the electric recharging point is not exclusive. Once charged you must move your vehicle to allow another user to charge.

  4. I am a season-ticket holder with thermal vehicle but I want change it for an electric vehicle. What do I have to do to use the electric recharging points of my car park?

    You need to request the change the type of vehice associated to your season-ticket. You can do so through your Private Area, customer service web form, email or telephone.

  5. How to use the electric recharging points?
    • From your smartphone go to Endolla Barcelona service in the smou app.
    • Scan the QR code of the recharging point you want to activate.
    • Connect your vehicle with the corresponding connector.
    • Select "Start recharging" on your smartphone's screen.

  6. How do I activate the changing point in the car park if I don't have coverage?
    B:SM has reached an agreement with almost all telephone operators to reinforce and guarantee mobile coverage in the BSM Parking Network. If you still cannot access the services of smou app with mobile coverage or your company provider is Movistar, activate airplane mode to force the connection to the car park Wi-Fi automatically without do anything else.

  7. How do I know where there are electric charging points in Barcelona and its availability?
    • On the smou app
    • On the Endolla Barcelona website
SHORT-TERM PARKING
  1. What is Parking Card?
    Parking Card is a parking space reservation and prepayment modality that allows you to park your car in the car park you have chosen for the number of consecutive days you need. The time will start counting from the first access. Currently you can choose Parking Card for 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 15 or 30 consecutive days.
    Once the reservation and prepayment have been made, entrances and exits with Parking Card are made by reading car's license plate, which must match the license plate you indicated in the reservation.

  2. Does Parking Card guarantee me a place in the chosen car park?
    Yes, it does. Parking Card reservation guarantees that you will have a parking space in the car park that you have chosen and according to the data that you have indicated in your reservation.

  3. What is Parking Card Global?
    Parking Card Global is a parking space reservation and prepayment modality that allows you to park your car in the entire BSM Parking Network for the number of consecutive days you need. The time will start counting from the first access. Currently you can choose Parking Card Global for 1, 3, 5 or 7 consecutive days.
    Once the reservation and prepayment have been made, entrances and exits with Parking Card Global are made by reading car's license plate, which must match the license plate you indicated in the reservation.

  4. Does the Parking Card Global guarantee me a place in the entire B:SM Parking Network?
    Yes, it does. Parking Card Global reservation guarantees that you will have a parking space in the car parks of the BSM Parking Network and according to the data that you have indicated in your reservation.

  5. What is Park&Ride?
    Park&Ride is a parking space reservation and prepayment modality that allows you to park your car in the car park you have chosen for the number of consecutive days you need without moving the car until your return home. Its purpose is to encourage drivers to park their private vehicle and access the city center using public transport. The time will start counting from the first access. Currently you can choose Park&Ride for 1, 2 or 3 consecutive days.
    Once the reservation and prepayment have been made, entrance and exit with Park&Ride are made by reading car's license plate, which must match the license plate you indicated in the reservation.

  6. Does Park&Ride guarantee me a place in the chosen car park?
    Yes, it does. Park&Ride reservation guarantees that you will have a parking space in the car park that you have chosen and according to the data that you have indicated in your reservation.

  7. What happens if I booked Parking Card, Parking Card Global or Park&Ride for a specific number of days and in the end I am in the parking space longer than planned?
    If in the end you spend more time than you had booked, you will only have to pay for the time you have exceeded according to the regular rate. 
    • If you have made the purchase online, when the exit barrier will raise, we will charge the rate of the exceed time on the same bankcard used to buy it.

    • If you have made the purchase at the ATM or at sales department, you will have to pay the rate of the exceed time at the ATM before you can leave the car park.

  8. What happens if I booked Parking Card, Parking Card Global or Park&Ride and I am a SMOU app user?
    Nothing will happen, both options are compatible. When go to the car park where you have made your Parking Card, Parking Card Global or Park&Ride reservation, the system will read your car's license plate and associate it with your reservation, understanding that you don't need an SMOU ticket.

PARKING BY THE HOURS
  1. What is Park&Go?
    Park&Go is a parking space reservation and prepayment modality that allows you to park your car in the car park you have chosen for 6 consecutive hours. 
    Once the reservation and prepayment have been made, entrance and exit with Park&Go are made by reading car's license plate, which must match the license plate you indicated in the reservation.

  2. What is Park&Futbol?
    Park&Futbol is a parking space reservation and prepayment modality that allows you to park your car in the car park you have chosen on match days for 6 consecutive hours. 
    Once the reservation and prepayment have been made, entrance and exit with Park&Futbol are made by reading car's license plate, which must match the license plate you indicated in the reservation.

  3. Does Park&Go or Park&Futbol guarantee me a place in the chosen car park?
    Yes, it does. Park&Go or Park&Futbol reservation guarantees that you will have a parking space in the car park that you have chosen and according to the data that you have indicated in your reservation.

  4. What happens if I booked Park&Go or Park&Futbol and in the end I am in the parking space longer than 6 hours?
    If in the end you spend more time than you had booked, you will only have to pay for the time you have exceeded according to the regular rate. If you have made the purchase online, when the exit barrier will raise, we will charge the rate of the exceed time on the same bankcard used to buy it.

  5. What happens if I booked Park&Go or Park&Futbol and I am a SMOU app user?
    Nothing will happen, both options are compatible. When go to the car park where you have made your Park&Go or Park&Futbol reservation, the system will read your car's license plate and associate it with your reservation, understanding that you don't need an SMOU ticket.

  6. Where can I book Park&Go or Park&Futbol?

PARKING BY THE MINUTE
  1. How can I pay for the minute use of my car in the Car park?
    You have two options:

    smou app: With Parking via app service allowed at smou app you can pay your parking time by the minute from your mobile in a safer, more comfortable and more savings way.
    Car park ATM: Picking up a ticket at the entrance and paying at car park ATM before leaving it with your car.

  2. What is the Hours Card?
    The Hours Card is a prepayment parking hours mode that allows you to park in the entire BSM Parking Network and pay according to the real time you have consumed with a discount. Currently you can choose 25, 50 or 100 Hour Cards.

  3. What happens if I buy an Hours Card for a specific number of hours and in the end I am in the car park longer than the available balance on the card?
    If in the end you spend more time than the available balance on your Hours Card, you will only have to pay for the time you have exceeded, according to the regular rate.

  4. Does the Hours Card guarantee me a parking place in the entire BSM Parking Network?
    No, it does not. The Hours Card does not guarantee you a parking place.

  5. What does the expiration date of the Hours Card means?
    The expiration date of the Hours Card is the deadline until which you can use your Hours Card. One the expiration data has arrived, the Hours Card will be invalidated.

  6. For which vehicles can I use the Hours Card?
    You can use it to pay for parking by the minute for passenger cars or motorcycles.

  7. Where can I buy the Hours Card?

    • At the BSM car parks Sales Department

  8. I am a customer of an establishment that has given me Time Vouchers for the BSM Car parks. What can I do with them?
    If an establishment has given you a Time Voucher for the BSM Car parks, you can use it to pay for the time of your stay, totally or partially. You have two options:
    • In the smou app, by scanning the QR code of the Time Voucher and passing it to your 'Discount vouchers' section. 
    • At the car park's ATM, following the instructions on the screen.

BICIPARK SERVICE
  1. What is the bicipark service by BSM Parking Network?
    The bicipark service is an exclusive space for subscribers or day/part-time users to park their bikes in a more comfortable and safe way. The bicipark spaces are equipped with an identifier/validator to access the space and video surveillance monitoring.

  2. In which car parks are there bicipark service?
    Consult the bicipark  service section to know in which car parks there are the bicipark service available. 

  3. How is the operation to access with subscription in the bicipark space?
    First, you need to identify yourself as bicycle modality subscriber of the car park by reading the QR of the subscription card at the validator next to the bicipark door. Once the access has been correctly identified and validated, the door will unlock for a few seconds to gain access. Once inside, the bicycle must be secured with its own lock in the assigned space and, when finished, make sure that the door is properly closed.

  4. How is the operation to access for a day or fraction in the bicipark space?
    First, you need to get a bicycle ticket at the car park’s ATM. Then, identify yourself by reading the QR of the bicycle ticket at the validator next to the bicipark door. Once the access has been correctly identified and validated, the door will unlock for a few seconds to gain access. Once inside, the bicycle must be secured with its own lock in the “For a day or fraction use” identified space and, when finished, make sure that the door is properly closed.

    The BSM Car Park Network offers self-service lockers for collection and delivery of parcel.

    The BSM Car Park Network collaborates with the Barcelona Municipal Market Institute in its new order collection service, housing refrigerated lockers in 4 car parks of the BSM Network located and provinding service in the municipal markets of La Boqueria, Sant Antoni, Sagrada Familia i Guinardó.
