If you attend a show at the GREC Festival in the Montjuïc area, you can enjoy 1 hour of free parking at the BSM Rius i Taulet car park by presenting your parking ticket at the venue box office.

How to enjoy your free hour with the SMOU app

Before the show:

  1. Download the SMOU app and register.
  2. Once you have added your vehicle registration number and bank card, activate the “Parking via app” service.

 

On the day of the show:

  1. Enter the BSM Rius i Taulet car park. The barrier will open automatically when your vehicle registration number is recognised.
  2. At the festival box office, show your performance ticket and your active digital parking ticket, and you will receive a voucher for 1 free hour of parking.
  3. Once the performance has finished, when you are ready to leave the car park, open the app and go to Advantages > Vouchers > Add a discount > Scan QR
  4. Scan the QR code printed on the front of the paper discount voucher you have been given. The voucher will then be digitised in SMOU. Please note that once scanned, the paper voucher can no longer be used.
  5. Select your active parking ticket in the SMOU app and choose the option “Add a discount”.
  6. Select the “Discount voucher” from the list and validate it; otherwise, the free hour will not be applied.
  7. When leaving, the barrier will open automatically once your vehicle registration number has been recognised.


How to enjoy your free hour without the SMOU app

  1. Enter the car park and take a paper ticket.
  2. At the festival box office, show your performance ticket and your parking ticket, and you will receive a voucher for 1 free hour of parking.
  3. Once the performance has finished, when you are ready to leave the car park, insert the paper ticket into the payment machine and, when paying, also insert the 1-hour discount voucher. The machine will deduct 1 hour from your stay and display the remaining amount due.
  4. Once the corresponding amount has been paid, you may leave the car park using number plate recognition.


Promotion terms and conditions

  • Discount vouchers linked to the GREC Festival 2026 Promotion are only valid at the BSM Rius i Taulet car park.
  • ICUB will be responsible for the management, distribution and return of any unused hourly vouchers at the end of the GREC Festival 2026.
  • Each 1-hour free parking voucher will only be valid on the date of the assigned performance, and only one discount voucher may be used per parking ticket together with a ticket for a GREC Festival 2026 – Montjuïc Area performance.
  • This promotion is exclusively valid for payments made via the SMOU app or the car park payment machine. It does not apply to any other payment channels.
  • The promotion is based on the current parking rates. Should the rates change, the promotion will be updated accordingly.
  • Promotion valid until the end of the GREC Festival 2026.
  • Availability of the promotion is subject to car park capacity.
  • Free parking vouchers linked to the GREC Festival 2026 Promotion do not under any circumstances guarantee or reserve a parking space at the BSM Rius i Taulet car park. They only represent a means of payment equivalent to 1 hour of parking.
  • BSM reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this promotion in the event of changes to parking availability, business requirements, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Any such changes will be communicated at least one month in advance.
