Festival GREC 2024

1. Before going to the show:

• Download smou, Barcelona's free personal mobility app.
• Complete the user registration, vehicle registration and bank card.
• Activate Parking via app, the payment service for stays in the BSM Parking Network that allows access and exit by reading license place (without having to collect a ticket at the entrance) and pay via mobile without going to automatic machine. 

2. Day of the show and following:

• Go to the car park, the barrier will open automatically when reading and recognizing the license plate as a user of the Parking via app service of smou app.
• On the mobile phone in which you have downloaded smou app, a digital parking ticket in progress will open automatically.
• Park in an available parking space and go walking to the show.
• At the show box office, display your show ticket and your digital parking ticket in progress, and will give you a discount voucher for free 1-hour.
• At the end of the show, and before leaving the car park with your car, from smou app:
  • Go to the menu (three stripes icon in the upper left).
  • Click on “Discounts” option.
  • Click lon “Add a discount” option.
  • Click on “Scan QR” option and scan the QR code printed in front of the paper discount voucher given you. In this way, the discount voucher will be digitized to smou. Remember that once scanned, the paper discount voucher can no longer be used. 
  • Click on digital parking ticket in progress of smou app and select "Add a discount" option.
  • Choose the "Discount voucher" from the list and validate, otherwise, the free hour will no be applied.
  • Drive towards the exit of the car park. The system will read the license plate and raise the exit barrier. The smou app will compensate the amount of the parking ticket in progress with the selected Discount voucher and will close the parking ticket, charging the rest of the parking tme with a discount of 30% compared to the usual rate of €3.70/hour. 

Without smou app: How to enjoy GREC Festival 2024 - Montjuïc area promotion

1. Day of the show and following:

• Go to the car park, collect a paper ticket at the entrance and wait for the barrier to go up.
• Park in an available parking space, take your paper parking ticket with you and go walking to the show.
• At the show box office, display your show ticket and your parking ticket in progress, and will give you a Discount voucher for free 1-hour. 
• At the end of the show, and before leaving the car park with your car, go to the car park ATM and insert the paper parking ticket in progress. The ATM screen will indicate the amount to pay at rate of €3.70/hour, and insert the paper Discount voucher for free 1-hour. The ATM will deduct 1-hour from your stay and will indicate the amount pending payment.
• Once paid by bank card, drive towards the exit of the car park. The system will raise the exit barrier by reading and recognizing the license plate associated with the ticket paid at ATM.

Promotion conditions

• The Discount vouchers linked to the GREC Festival 2024 - Montjuïc area are only valid for BSM Rius i Taulet and BSM Ciutat del Teatre car parks.
• The availability of the promotion will depend on car park capacity.
• Each Discount voucher for free 1-hour will be valid for the day of the assigned show and is only allowed the use of one Discount voucher for each parking ticket with one show ticket of the GREC Festival 2024 - Montjuïc area.
• Exclusive promotion for paying stays througth the smou app and ATM car park. Not applicable to other channels.
• Promotion based on current rate. In case of change in the current rate, it will be updated to the new current rate.
• 30% discount valid only in BSM car parks with Parking via app service of smou app available until 31/08/2024. The discount it will be applied to the digital ticket in progress at the end of the stay in the car park, provided that the stay ends during the period of validity of the promotion.
• Promotion valid until the end of GREC Festival 2024.
