Rules of Use

INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE CAR PARKS

Accessing any of the BSM Car Park Network facilities, whether by vehicle or on foot, implies acceptance of the applicable rules of use:

  • It is mandatory to park the vehicle or carry out the authorised activity within the designated space limits. If the vehicle or activity exceeds these limits, BSM reserves the right to apply the current fee for extra space occupation.
  • Parking or carrying out authorised activities in reserved and signposted spaces other than the assigned ones is strictly prohibited.
  • Spaces designated for people with reduced mobility must be respected at all times.
  • Physical signage within the car park must be followed, as well as instructions given by car park staff, which take precedence over any other signage.
  • Parking spaces or assigned areas may only be used for vehicle parking or the authorised activity. Any other use of these spaces is strictly prohibited.
  • The user will be held responsible towards BSMSA and other users for any damage or harm caused due to non-compliance with obligations or lack of skill when driving within the car park premises (Articles 5.1 and 5.2 of Law 40/2002).
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the facilities are strictly prohibited.
  • Littering (wrappers, papers, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
  • Vehicles must always follow the designated and permitted traffic direction within the facilities.
  • The maximum speed limit within the car park is 10 km/h and must be strictly observed.
