If you have an establishment and you want to retain and increase the influx to your establishment, our Hours Voucher 30min is your solution to facilitate free parking for your customers.
With the prepaid Hours Voucher 30min you can offer up to 30 free minutes to customers of your establishment that can be redeemed both in the smou application and in the parking ATM.
Hours Voucher 30min is a paid product and does not guarantees an available parking space. The non-use of all the prepaid time does not give the right to the refund of the time not consumed.
Prepaid Hours Voucher 30min is only available in batches of 100 hours, corresponding to 200 Hours Vouchers 30min. The delivery of the purchase is limited to addresses in the province of Barcelona (Catalonia - Spain).

• Add the product to your cart and complete the purchase and payment process. • We will send your purchase to the address in the province of Barcelona that you have indicated in the purchase process. • This product does not guarantee that your clients will find an available parking space. It is a payment product corresponding to the minutes indicated in each Hours Voucher. • The customers whom you give a BSM Car Park Network’s Hours Voucher 30min will be able to pay for up to 30 minutes of their stay in the car park at the ATM with the Hours Voucher, or scan the unique QR of each Hours Voucher from the SMOU application and pay up to 30 minutes of their stay in the car park from the SMOU app. • In case your customers need to extend their stay, they only have to pay for the excess time at the regular rate through the used payment channel: the SMOU app or ATM. • If you have any questions, contact us through the Customer Service Form or by phone (+34) 93 409 20 21.
